Our esteemed client an established company is searching for a HR Manager (Retail Industry):
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full range of HR functions including manpower planning recruitment compensation and benefits training employee relations performance management and engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies manage manpower sourcing and planning handle work pass and quota issues for foreign talent and conduct job postings and interviews.
- Manage the entire performance appraisal process including overseeing annual increments promotions and succession planning programs.
- Review compensation and benefits programs and implement HR strategies initiatives and policy guidance aligned with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with management and business units to improve the work environment strengthen employee relationships drive engagement and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or partner role with experience in payroll preferably within the retail or service industry.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and industry trends.

Working Hours: 5 days Mon Friday 8:30am 5:30pm
Salary: Basic Up to $6000 AWS Variable Bonus
