Our esteemed client an established MNC is searching for a HR & Admin Executive:
Job Responsibilities
- Provide HR administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily HR functions including Recruitment Training and Development.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing and manage mandatory payroll contributions.
- Handle new staff onboarding probation evaluations and exit procedures.
- Maintain an accurate HR database and ensure uptodate employee records.
- Coordinate employee insurance renewals and updates.
- Stay informed about current government initiatives regulations and requirements and manage work pass applications renewals cancellations and related claims (e.g. NS Maternity Childcare) and grants.
- Liaise with departments regarding staff benefits and welfare such as monthly expense claims and office season parking.
- Support company events staff engagement activities and office administration.
- Perform any adhoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Min 23 years of experience in a similar role with experience in payroll processing preferred.
- Knowledgeable about government regulations and employment law.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 3800 AWS VB (1 2 Months)
- Working Location: Tai Seng
- Working Hours: 9:00am 6:00pm
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
