Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Perform general administrative tasks office facility maintenance office supplies and housekeeping duties.
  • Manage phone calls visitors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate local and overseas shipments.
  • Assist in stocktaking activities and packing goods for shipment when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interaction skills.

We do not need very experience one. Juniors just graduate also can. Or some mature candidates dont mind the pay we can consider also.

ADMIN COORDINATOR
(Location: Ang Mo Kio Singapore)

Responsibilities:

Handle general administrative duties office improvements facilities and equipment maintenance
housekeeping matters etc.
Attend to phone calls visitors and suppliers
Manage office stationery and supplies
Coordinate local & overseas shipment
Assist to check and pack goods for shipment when required
Assist in stocktake activity
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

GCE N Level or above
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
Proficient in MS Office software
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
Strong coordination and multitasking skills
Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
Willing to do handson work such as packing checking and organizing stock items
Responsible committed and independent
Positive work attitude and keen to acquire new knowledge for selfimprovement
