This role supports Accor Plus the loyalty subscription arm of Accor with a mission to promote and grow the Accor Plus membership strengthening customer loyalty across Accors hotel network.

Key Responsibilities Marketing Executive Accor Plus
- Develop and implement marketing and communication plans to drive member acquisition engagement and retention with a specific focus on the Singapore and Hong Kong markets.
- Create and manage marketrelevant content and campaigns across digital and offline channels ensuring brand consistency.
- Support email marketing website offers and social media campaigns aligned with the member journey and CRM strategy.
- Coordinate marketing projects presentations reports and daytoday activities.
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with Accor hotels Accor Plus and Accor Loyalty Marketing teams to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Represent Accor Plus professionally fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You
You will be a Marketing professional who has a passion for all things travel experiences & lifestyle. To be successful in this role you must:
- At least 3 years experience in a Marketing Role
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Previous experience working on email & social media campaigns
Other advantageous qualities (but not mandatory) would include previous experience using Salesforce Cloud WordPress as well as Cantonese language skills.
