Job Description

Be part of our client s team as a Paid Media Buyer where you ll craft and optimize highperforming campaigns across YouTube Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You ll use datadriven strategies to drive results manage budgets effectively and collaborate with creative teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions in the thriving solar industry.

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop targeted paid media strategies focused on YouTube Google Ads and Facebook Ads creating impactful messaging and creative approaches.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine audience targeting and ensure effective ad placements.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee the endtoend creation and management of paid media campaigns including ad group setup targeting selection and budget allocation.
  • Adjust bids budgets and placements to optimize performance using data insights.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to refine strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign metrics (CTR CPC CPA ROAS) to evaluate and improve performance.
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager to measure campaign effectiveness.

Optimization and Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities for ongoing optimization to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends YouTube techniques and best practices to integrate advancements into campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align ad visuals and messaging with campaign goals.
  • Analyze spending patterns and adjust budgets in realtime to meet strategic priorities.

Budget Management

  • Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure costeffectiveness and meet financial targets.
  • Monitor budget pacing and reallocate funds across channels for optimal results.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Work closely with content creators designers and analysts to create cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Share campaign insights performance updates and strategic opportunities with stakeholders offering actionable recommendations.

Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform policies legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement best practices in targeting ad placements and creative execution to uphold highquality standards.

Requirements

Skills to Light Up Success

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in paid media buying and campaign management ideally in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Facebook Ads Google Ads and YouTube Ads.
  • Handson expertise in setting up and optimizing campaigns across Facebook Google and YouTube with strong skills in audience targeting account management and budget optimization.
  • Ability to use data to develop creative strategies including A/B testing dynamic ad creation and tracking performance to enhance ROI and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
