Job Description
Position Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist
Work Setup: Work from Office
Salary: Php 35000.00 Php 40000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM QLD AU Time or 7:00 AM 3:30 PM PH Time (30Minutes Lunch Break)
Holidays: Gold Coast QLD Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:
Develop implement and manage social media marketing strategies across Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn to align with business goals.
Create and curate highquality content that resonates with our target audience.
Manage daytoday social media activities including posting monitoring and responding to comments messages and inquiries.
Email Marketing: Plan create and send email campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.
Content Creation: Design posts write copies and produce engaging content for social media.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across social media and email campaigns providing regular reports and insights.
Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications as a Social Media Marketing Specialist:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is a plus.
Must have good experience in Instagram Facebook LinkedIn social media management and email marketing.
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist with strong understanding of social media platforms algorithms best practices and analytics.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to create engaging content including graphics video and written posts with a keen eye for design and branding.
Proficient with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
