Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven General Manager to oversee our operations and commercial functions. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Develop and implement operational policies processes and standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all stores and channels.
- Oversee inventory management logistics and supply chain operations to minimize costs and maximize product availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety legal and regulatory requirements.

Commercial Leadership:
- Define and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive product mix optimization pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities market trends and customer insights.
Team Leadership:

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 1015 years of progressive experience in retail management with a focus on operations and commercial leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets in a retail environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
