Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven General Manager to oversee our operations and commercial functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless daytoday operations driving revenue growth and fostering a customer centric culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management operations optimization and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
  • Develop and implement operational policies processes and standards to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all stores and channels.
  • Oversee inventory management logistics and supply chain operations to minimize costs and maximize product availability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Commercial Leadership:
  • Define and execute commercial strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Drive product mix optimization pricing strategies and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers distributors and partners to enhance the company s competitive positioning.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities market trends and customer insights.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead mentor and develop crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Foster a highperformance culture focused on accountability innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback to improve team performance.
Customer Experience:
  • Champion a customerfirst philosophy ensuring exceptional service delivery at every touchpoint.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance instore and online customer experiences.
  • Monitor customer feedback and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and financial reports.
  • Optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1015 years of progressive experience in retail management with a focus on operations and commercial leadership.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets in a retail environment.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in retail management systems and tools.
