Job Description

About Us:
We are a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions committed to delivering tailored services that drive efficiency and growth for our clients. We are seeking a resultsoriented Business Development Manager with proven expertise in client management and a deep understanding of the BPO and RPO landscape.

What will you do:

  1. Client Acquisition & Management

    • Identify prospect and onboard new clients in the BPO and RPO sectors.
    • Independently manage and nurture client relationships ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and objectives.
    • Develop and deliver customized solutions to meet client requirements.
  2. Business Development Strategy

    • Formulate and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  3. Proposal Development & Negotiation

    • Prepare and present compelling business proposals service agreements and contracts.
    • Negotiate terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Industry Expertise

    • Leverage indepth knowledge of the BPO and RPO industry to position the company as a trusted partner.
    • Stay updated on market trends technologies and best practices in outsourcing and recruitment.
  5. Collaboration

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Provide feedback to the operations team to optimize service offerings based on client insights.

Who are we looking for:

  1. Experience:

    • Proven track record in business development sales or account management within the BPO and RPO sectors (minimum 5 years).
    • Demonstrated ability to manage clients independently from initial contact to postsale support.
  2. Industry Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of BPO and RPO services including recruitment processes outsourcing models and operational structures.
  3. Skills:

    • Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fastpaced environment.
    • Able to speak fluent English. Advantage to speak in Chinese but not mandatory.
  4. Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  5. Work Setup:

    • Flexibility to work remotely or from the office with willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
