Role:
We are hiring a Customer Success Analyst to support affordable housing property owners and residents. Key responsibilities include gathering resident/applicant information answering processrelated questions and completing compliance calculations. You will also collect user feedback to influence our product roadmap. As you advance you’ll help with customer implementations and training for our national platform rollout.
Responsibilities
- Support customer implementations including platform configuration form mapping processing unit/rent rolls and program research
- Monitor and analyze user behavior to track and improve user adoption of our platform
- Report bugs to the engineering team and collaborate with other team members to urgently resolve issues and test solutions
- Define and refine internal processes and best practices to enhance customer experience and implementation efficiency
- Develop and improve customerfacing tools and documentation for scalable selfservice learning
- Use the platform to request and review resident/applicant documents related to household composition income and assets to determine eligibility for affordable housing
- Embrace flexibility in a startup environment taking on tasks beyond the job description as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in implementation data analysis or driving user adoption on software
- Proficient in MS Office Adobe Jira and Clickup
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in the same space.
- Strong communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of affordable housing programs
- Interest in technology and ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience with SQL queries and data cleaning and analysis on Excel
