Role Name: Customer Service Representative Laundromat Services

Schedule:

  • Fulltime (Rotating shifts between 10:00 AM 10:00 PM 7 days per week) 3 staff in shifts.

Job Description

We re seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join an exciting fastgrowing laundromat business that s changing the way Australians do their laundry. In this role you ll be the voice of a modern techforward company ensuring customers have an exceptional experience across all service touchpoints. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone and email
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently ensuring firstcontact resolution whenever possible
  • Process refund requests and manage customer compensation scenarios with attention to detail
  • Maintain positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company s customer service software
  • Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction rates through proactive service
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all shifts


Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience with customer service software and support tools
  • Demonstrated track record in customer service or guest relations
  • Strong capability in handling financial transactions and refund processes
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in hospitality or service industry
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability to changing situations and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role handling customer support via multiple channels
