- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently ensuring firstcontact resolution whenever possible
- Process refund requests and manage customer compensation scenarios with attention to detail
- Maintain positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company s customer service software
- Identify and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction rates through proactive service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery across all shifts
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Previous experience with customer service software and support tools
- Demonstrated track record in customer service or guest relations
- Strong capability in handling financial transactions and refund processes
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
