Responsibilities:
- Develop internal audit scope and plans.
- Regularly audit inventory internal process documents reports internal control points and organizational assets.
- Periodically visit all branch offices across India to ensure resource authenticity and accountability.
- Gather analyze and evaluate accounting documentation.
- Prepare and present comprehensive audit reports reflecting audit findings and processes.
- Provide independent advice to ensure validity legality and goal achievement.
- Identify loopholes recommend risk mitigation strategies and costsaving measures.
- Maintain transparent communication with management and internal teams.
- Document processes and prepare audit findings reports for management review.
- Ensure timely compliance from internal teams based on audit findings.
- Conduct followup audits to monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
Desired Qualifications:
- Intermediate CA / M.Com with at least 45 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated dedication and sincerity in work.
- Strong report writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in analysis and data reporting.
- Proven track record as an auditor.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database applications.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
