Job description:
- Proven handson experience with manual and automation testing of web development APIs and scripting languages
- Handson experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales clouds Marketing Clouds Mobile Force.com )
- Salesforce Certified Salesforce Admin and Developer Certifications is a plus.
- Salesforce Tester Healthcare/Finance/Retail/Manufacturing/Telecommunications/Insurance
- Ability to programmatically or manually test any software product and develop automation
- Able to lead multiple QA projects at a given time
- Possesses advanced level understanding of BA QA/QC professional standards business processes workflows methodologies and leading practices.
- Directs and monitors BA and QA/QC activities to ensure the traceability and op
- Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices is a big plus
- Great attention to detail and ability to identify isolate and document defects in complex software features
- Worked on projects involving large CRM data volumes and batch integrations
- Experience in testing advanced formulas and workflow rules to enforce business processes
- Experience working with development teams to document and clarify requirements and manage scope of defined features and functions during project lifecycle
- Experience in successfully implementing quality guidelines standards and procedures
- Creative able to think outside the box; uses knowledge gained through prior experience education and training to resolve issues and remove project barriers in a timely manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation skills a plus
