You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Project Lead to oversee and lead Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The Salesforce Project Lead will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery aligning resources and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. This role will require a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms project management methodologies and leadership to guide teams through the development testing and deployment phases of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects from inception to completion. Define project scope objectives deliverables timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders including business users product owners and senior management. Regularly update stakeholders on project status risks and progress ensuring alignment with business goals.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead a crossfunctional team of Salesforce developers administrators business analysts and other project members. Provide clear direction assign tasks and ensure that team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements. Ensure these are translated into clear actionable user stories and functional specifications.
Agile Project Management:
Utilize Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban etc.) to manage project delivery. Lead sprint planning daily standups sprint reviews and retrospectives. Ensure smooth execution of Agile processes and maintain high team performance.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify track and manage project risks and issues escalating to senior management as necessary. Proactively address potential roadblocks and challenges to ensure the project stays on track.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the testing and quality assurance phases ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements and are free of defects. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with stakeholders for feedback.
Change Management:
Support change management efforts by ensuring that new features and processes are successfully adopted by users. Provide training documentation and support to ensure seamless transition and user engagement.
Project Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans timelines progress reports and postproject analysis. Provide regular status reports to senior management highlighting key milestones risks and deliverables.
Continuous Improvement:
Evaluate the success of completed projects gather lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects. Identify opportunities to improve processes tools and team efficiency.
