Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce architecture implementation and integration with a strong ability to design and deliver scalable reliable and innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform. As a Salesforce Solution Architect you will collaborate with business stakeholders developers and other architects to create endtoend Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:
Design and architect endtoend Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud etc.) to meet business requirements. Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices industry standards and business needs. -
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and crossfunctional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on Salesforce capabilities and customization. -
Technical Leadership:
Lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions. Provide technical mentorship to development teams ensuring adherence to best practices in Salesforce development integration and customization. -
Integration Architecture:
Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems including ERP databases and thirdparty applications. Ensure seamless data flow and data integrity across systems. -
Customization & Configuration:
Lead the customization and configuration of Salesforce including the use of Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce technologies. Ensure scalability flexibility and performance of customizations. -
Solution Validation & Testing:
Ensure that the proposed solutions are fully tested and validated. Lead system testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) working closely with the testing team to resolve issues before deployment. -
Performance Optimization:
Continuously assess the performance of Salesforce solutions and recommend optimizations for speed usability and overall effectiveness. Ensure solutions are designed with scalability and future growth in mind. -
Salesforce Best Practices:
Stay current with Salesforce updates new features and best practices. Recommend the most appropriate use of Salesforce features to improve user experience operational efficiency and business results. -
Governance & Compliance:
Ensure the Salesforce solutions meet security governance and compliance standards. Provide oversight of change management processes and ensure smooth and controlled deployments. -
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
Create and maintain solution architecture documentation including design specifications integration details and technical guidelines. Share knowledge with team members and provide training on Salesforce architecture and best practices. -
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients and business users. Understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that provide measurable business value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or related field.
- 15 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Salesforce products and platforms including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Lightning.
- Strong experience in Salesforce architecture including design configuration customization and integration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies such as Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Handson experience with integration tools (e.g. MuleSoft Jitterbit Informatica) and cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and management within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies including sprint planning and implementation.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think creatively to develop solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect System Architect or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and other advanced Salesforce modules.
- Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns and middleware.
- Knowledge of multiorg architecture and data modeling best practices.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes for Salesforce.
- Experience in project management or overseeing largescale Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or equivalent advanced certifications.
