HR Operations Manager
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to 50000 (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent
Role Overview:
Our client is hiring an HR Operations Manager to lead a team of two HR Advisors and one Administrator. Youll oversee all HR activities deliver handson support and drive continuous improvement acting as the goto expert on HR policies and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR team ensuring high performance.
- Provide expert advice on policies and complex employee relations.
- Manage onboarding offboarding and reward changes.
- Oversee HR policy implementation and Health & Safety compliance.
- Deliver HR reporting and support strategic projects.
Essential Experience:
- Proven HR Operations Manager experience.
- Strong team management and handson HR skills.
- Expert knowledge of HR policies and UK employment law.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Detailoriented with strong HR software proficiency.
- Discreet and organised problemsolver.
