JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OPERATIONS / FACILITIES ANALYST
The Facilities and Emergency Response will be responsible for overseeing the
smooth and safe operation of all emergency preparedness activities safety
compliance and facilities management operations. This includes ensuring the
functionality of emergency response equipment implementing training programs
managing labspecific safety protocols and maintaining critical facilities
infrastructure. The role will involve coordination with various teams for health safety
and operational efficiency across multiple areas of the business.
1. Gas Cylinder Inventory management with cylinder connections
2. Electrical Safety Deployment of rubber mats di electric testing of PPE management
3. Emergency Preparedness & Response Oversight.
A. Oversight of below activity: Emergency Response Team (Including work
at height) Medical Response Ambulance
B. FM Global Approval
C. Escalation Matrix Site Controller
D. Emergency Response Training for High Rise Building Occupants
E. Mock Drills (Evacuation Drill Floor Coordinator)
F. Lab Specific Emergency Response Training to ERT
G. Team Inspection Testing & Maintenance of Equipment
H. Lab Specific eg: CPP lab MS labs MRI etc. integrated system.
I. First Aid and FE usage Training to All employee Per the Highrise
building requirements.
J. First Aid kits would be kept and maintained in all the gates medical
Centre and available in the Ambulance.
K. Tracking and inventory AMC Periodic inspection services & all lab
specific fire prevention and protection system like Gas Suppression
Modular System Detection System to be managed.
4. LOTO. Ensure adherence to LockOutTagOut (LOTO) procedures including device
and tag procurement storage and process planning.
5. Facilities Oversight of Pantry Services
a. Manage the operational aspects of pantry services including water
dispensers microwave and coffee machine service and maintenance in all
operational areas.
b. Oversee office maintenance activities such as chair carpet workstation IAQ
(Indoor Air Quality) pantry services and general upkeep of conference rooms
and other areas.
c. Ensure ongoing maintenance of ceilings flooring walls locks and
conference room furniture.
d. Coordinate general site inspections and manage infrastructurerelated repairs
(damaged carpets plumbing issues light fixtures etc.).
6. Signage & Documentation:
a. Ensure that proper emergency signage (lab building etc.) is in place and
complies with safety regulations.
