We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst for assisting in New Product Development with the GRC area.
Principal responsibilities
- Work with Business stakeholders (Senior Management / SME s) to understand and document their requirements and plan deliverables.
- Effectively document and communicate business requirements to IT to help them implement system solution and changes.
- Drive UAT process liaising with business and IT.
- Drive and lead conversations with stakeholders to ensure progress of owned tasks and deliverables.
- Assist Project Manager and input into various reporting materials to key stakeholders.
- Front to back understanding on CDS across trading sales market and credit risk finance accounting and operations.
- Chair meetings and record minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of new product development due diligence document.
- Coordinate with front office middle office risk and product control teams to drive implementation of new product.
Upgrade existing products of the banks basis market intelligence

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Up to 1012 years of project management and business analysis experience preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong business analysis requirements gathering and design thinking skills with a mix of business operations and technology focused projects.
Agile expertise requirement life cycle management and traceability experience in digital transformation projects in a global banks/consulting firm/ Financial industry
Mandatory Domain experience:
o Exposure to Financial Planning and GRC domain
o Experience with Wealth Management or Investment Banking or Banking Operations
o Experience in Capital Markets (Equities Bonds/ Fixed income. Mutual funds Futures and options structured product etc.)
