Position Overview:
As an Agency Development Manager (ADM) you will be responsible for recruiting training and managing a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales targets. This role requires strong leadership effective communication and a thorough understanding of insurance products to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Recruitment and Management:
- Identify and recruit quality insurance advisors.
- Build a highperforming team to drive sales and achieve organizational goals.

Training and Development:
- Provide training to advisors on insurance products and sales strategies.
- Ensure continuous development and mentoring of the team.

Business Development:
- Drive sales through the recruited advisors and achieve monthly quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and build longterm relationships with customers.

Monitoring and Reporting:
- Regularly monitor the performance of advisors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and share sales performance reports with management.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist advisors in resolving client queries and issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance product sales or related roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
Compensation:
- CTC: Up to 5 LPA (based on experience and skills).
