Traede is an ERP system tailored for fashion and furniture brands. Our platform offers webshops order modules invoicing systems inventory solutions warehouse management and integrations with thirdparty software. ERP encompasses everything from B2B sales to inventory management to production processes so joining TRAEDE means gaining a comprehensive understanding of how brands operate and succeed.
Currently more than 300 brands trust TRAEDE to manage their business processes. At Traede we emphasize high throughput autonomy and crossdepartmental collaboration to prevent siloed work. Our developers collaborate closely with the onboarding support and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support.
Role Objective
Traede is looking for a Tech Lead to provide technical guidance and support to our development team while actively contributing to the codebase. In this role you will tackle a variety of challenges from implementing new features to refactoring technical debt and fixing critical bugs.
As a Tech Lead you will combine your technical expertise with leadership skills acting as a bridge between developers support teams customers and partners. Your ability to simplify complex problems and craft practical solutions will be essential to Traedes success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop bestinclass solutions to complicated business problems. TRAEDE is an ERP and our task is to optimize business operations for our customers meaning we constantly have to think about how to optimize processes and do better
- Help other developers with problem solving in complicated cases and reviewing Pull Requests
- Help other departments providing context and guidance
- Keep up with the latest technology trends and foster a culture of learning within the team
- Collaborate with Tech Leads across teams to continuously improve the way we are adopting new technology and improving standards/best practices.
Your Experience
- Bachelors or Masters in Software Development
- Technical leadership skills
- 8 years of experience in the field of software development
- Experience in integrating external APIs like open banking KYC AML
- Experience with below:
- PHP (Laravel)
- React.js
- PostgreSQL or similar SQL engine
