Job Description
As a Technical Lead you will:
Lead the implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions across key domains such as Finance Material Business Partners Customer and Supplier.
Define and set up bestinclass architecture integrating Cloud & Onpremises SAP & nonSAP systems.
Facilitate requirements gathering workshops for SAP MDG across multiple domains and provide comprehensive solutions.
Oversee the preparation realization and golive phases of customer implementation projects.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of SAP MDG solutions.
Develop and maintain secure platforms for business and system users in alignment with customer and SAP guidelines.
Guide and mentor team members to achieve overall project success.
Coordinate with SAP and other vendors as needed to ensure seamless integration and execution.
What You Bring to the Table:
10 years of experience in SAP MDG with at least 3 fullcycle SAP MDG implementations.
Expertise in handling Material Master in MDG and implementing SAP MDG mass processing consolidation and central governance.
Proficiency in MDG Data Modelling UI modelling and configuring rulebased workflows and validation/derivation implementations.
Experience with BRF ABAP ObjectOriented programming and BADIs.
Deep understanding of SAP ETL processes and integration of SAP MDG with solutions like SAP Ariba.
Knowledge of MDG cloud edition Master Data Integration and One Domain Model.
Strong facilitation skills for conducting design thinking workshops.
Certified in SAP S/4HANA with knowledge of its embedded analytics Fiori user experience and simplification strategies.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
Translate customerspecific Enterprise master data requirements into comprehensive solutions.
Design data management strategies for both SAP onpremises and cloud environments.
Conduct feasibility studies process design reviews and project assessments.
Define and ensure adherence to security protocols for SAP platforms.
Engage with customers and partners to understand master data needs and align them with business goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide leadership to achieve project milestones.
Handle multiple domainspecific SAP MDG solutions (MDGM MDGC MDGS MDGBP MDGF).
