Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customerfocused Relationship Manager for our CRM team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships ensuring efficient postsales activities and managing collections. Proficiency in Excel excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collections and Followups:
- Manage and oversee the collection process ensuring timely payments from customers.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding dues and provide regular updates to the management team.

PostSales Activation:
- Facilitate seamless postsales processes including onboarding and activation of services/products.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address and resolve postsales customer needs.

Demand Letter Generation:
- Prepare and issue demand letters in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and followups related to demand letters.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage clientrelated documentation including agreements contracts and payment schedules.
- Maintain organized records of all customer interactions documents and correspondence.

Excel and Data Management:
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis reporting and maintaining customer databases.
- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to track collections and customer interactions.
