Job Description
The Role:
Novotel Sydney International Airport Hotel has a very exciting opportunity for a Revenue Manager. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a high performing team environment.
In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and liaise with Regional Revenue Manager and Hotel Department Heads.
What will you do
- Work closely with the Director of Sales to maximise revenue and achieve targets.
- Analyse market and hotel specific trends in order to accurately forecast future demand and apply strategies
- Ascertain and implement the ideal business mix for the Hotel
- Ensure optimal presence for business opportunities through brand websites third party websites CRO and GDS
- Use your strong analytical skills to correlate data from multiple sources.
- Create and analyse reports and utilise these results to make strategic decisions.
- Utilise Opera PMS EzRMS OTA Insight and the Accor distribution system on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications :
What Will you need
- Previous revenue and/or reservations experience is necessary to be successful in this role.
- You will have unlimited work rights in Australia
- Strong administration exceptional communication and time management skills.
