Team Leadership and Supervision
Lead and Motivate the Team: Guide and support bartenders, waitstaff, and other team members in delivering exceptional service.
Delegate Tasks: Ensure efficient operation by assigning tasks to the bar team, such as preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the timely delivery of orders.
Monitor Performance: Oversee team performance, ensuring staff is meeting quality and service standards, and provide feedback for improvement.
Resolve Conflicts: Address any interpersonal conflicts or issues within the team, fostering a harmonious work environment.
Customer Service Excellence
Ensure High-Quality Service: Oversee the quality of drinks, service, and overall guest experience, ensuring all guests are satisfied with their visit to the pool bar.
Handle Customer Complaints: Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Ensure the pool bar remains a relaxing and enjoyable environment, where guests feel comfortable and valued.
Upselling and Recommendations: Encourage the team to upsell premium drinks, food, or special offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
Bar Operations and Management
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily activities of the pool bar, including drink preparation, guest service, inventory control, and cleanliness.
Maintain Stock Levels: Monitor inventory levels for beverages, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, ensuring adequate stock is always available.
Manage Bar Supplies: Ensure that all supplies are stocked, organized, and replenished regularly.
Monitor Opening/Closing Procedures: Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for the pool bar, including cash handling, security, and cleaning protocols.
Health and Safety Compliance
Ensure Safety Standards: Ensure the pool bar complies with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the pool bar area, including tables, chairs, and counters, is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Monitor Guest Behavior: Ensure that guests are adhering to pool and bar area rules, particularly when consuming alcohol, and address any issues related to guest behavior.
