We specialize in organizing coordinating and managing largescale events and services. As we continue to grow we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tender Officer & Admin to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Tender Officer & Admin to manage our tendering process and provide administrative support to our events team. The ideal candidate should have a background in event management and experience in handling tenders with a strong understanding of the documentation and compliance required in the tender process.

Responsibilities:

Prepare review and submit tender documents for various event management projects.

Ensure all tender requirements are met and submissions are compliant with client specifications and deadlines.

Assist in the coordination of eventrelated administrative tasks including booking scheduling and vendor communication.

Monitor and track tender deadlines keeping the team informed of upcoming opportunities.

Collaborate with the events team to prepare cost estimates quotations and proposals.

Maintain accurate records of all tenders and administrative documents.

Manage inquiries from clients and vendors in a professional and timely manner.

Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the company.

Requirements:

Proven experience in event management with a focus on handling tenders and procurement processes.

Strong knowledge of tendering procedures and documentation requirements.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Good communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a tender officer or similar administrative role within the event management industry.

Familiarity with event management software and tools.
