Job Overview
Were seeking an experienced Administrative Director to oversee clinical operations quality standards and financial performance for our Outpatient Cancer Center. This leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence improving patient outcomes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a collaborative and patientcentered culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Oncology department to achieve optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
- Foster collaboration among physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Drive initiatives to improve processes manage operational efficiencies and meet performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and COC standards.
- Oversee daily operations including staffing recruitment and physician management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Leadership/Management or a healthcarerelated field.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience with a proven ability in team building project management and process improvement.
- Strong verbal written and computer proficiency.
- Masters degree in Nursing Business Leadership/Management or a healthcarerelated field.
- Previous experience in Cancer Center leadership or managing medical clinic group operations.
- Expertise in preparing for Joint Commission and COC surveys.
- A collaborative mindset to build strong relationships with team members and physicians.
- Proven leadership skills with a strategic approach to managing operations and driving outcomes.
- A proactive attitude toward maintaining regulatory compliance and promoting process improvements.
- Effective communication and organizational skills to manage complex projects and teams.
