Job Description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform daytoday operations including managing inquiries and electronic filing systems.
    • Provide highquality administrative support such as scheduling meetings formatting documents conducting research and preparing schedules and reports.
    • Assist in preparing professional documents and presentations using PowerPoint or similar software.

  • Finance Support:

    • Support financial tasks including bookkeeping and invoicing using Xero for multiple entities.
    • Assist with payroll processing and other financial duties as assigned.
    • Help prepare financial reports and summaries as required.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in financial systems like Xero or similar platforms for invoicing and bookkeeping.
  • Proven ability to stay highly organized and prioritize competing demands effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT systems including Google Suite (Docs Sheets Forms) and document management systems (e.g. NetDocs).
  • High attention to detail maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
