Job Description
- Provides quality spa service to guests by checking on their satisfaction and needs all of which are by hotel standards.
- Explains and upsells different spa treatments and facilities presents menu and makes suggestions.
- Performs spa booking and cashiering functions maintains cleanliness and setup of spa and ensures the safety and wellbeing of guests.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Business Administration or any related field is an asset.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a spa at a luxury hotel is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service skills guestfocused with a passion for standards excellence.
- Strong knowledge of Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
- In possession of a valid work permit enabling employment in the Philippines.
