Job Description
- Generate sales leads
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- manage inbound and outbound calls of our clients
- Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers
- Minimum 12th Passout/Pursuing Graduation/ Any Graduate can apply
- Fresher/Experience both can apply
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
