- Manages the delivery of large complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Summary
- As a Technology Delivery Lead you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large complex technology projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk ensuring service quality and cost and driving profitability and success through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Manage the delivery of large complex technology projects.
- Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
- Ensure service quality and cost management.
- Drive profitability and success through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Required Skill: Advanced proficiency in Service Desk Resolution Management.
- Strong understanding of project management frameworks.
- Experience in managing large complex technology projects.
- Proficiency in risk management and scope management.
- Experience in driving profitability and success through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management.
- This position is based at our Cebu office.
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
