Job Description

Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

  1. Business Management:

    • Set and pursue challenging business goals for the branch.
    • Implement business strategies in line with the organization s operational objectives.
    • Oversee target assignments monitor performance and ensure adherence to budgets.
    • Engage in direct sales efforts and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Director on product initiatives and training.
  2. Customer Experience Management:

    • Maintain high service quality standards as evidenced by internal evaluations.
    • Allocate resources effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Address customer complaints promptly and conduct regular feedback sessions to improve service quality.
  3. Operational Risk Management and Compliance:

    • Monitor and mitigate operational risks within the branch.
    • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures addressing any discrepancies.
    • Communicate risk management practices effectively to staff.
  4. Branch Operation Management:

    • Assign and oversee operational tasks in accordance with established regulations.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of branch operations to identify and mitigate risks.
  5. Organizational Culture Management:

    • Promote the banks core values and behavior standards within the branch.
    • Encourage employee engagement in cultural initiatives and communitybuilding activities.
  6. Local Sales Channel Development:

    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
    • Build and sustain relationships with potential customers in the area.
  7. Community Relationship Management:

    • Represent the bank at local events and maintain relationships with community organizations and government entities.
    • Organize community engagement activities in line with the banks initiatives.


Requirements

  • Domain Expertise:

    • A minimum of 8 years in banking or related sectors including at least 4 years in a managerial role focused on Retail Banking Personal Banking customer service
  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelors degree in Banking Finance Economics or a related field.
    • Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 405 or equivalent.
