Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Business Management:
- Set and pursue challenging business goals for the branch.
- Implement business strategies in line with the organization s operational objectives.
- Oversee target assignments monitor performance and ensure adherence to budgets.
- Engage in direct sales efforts and mentor the sales team to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with the Regional Director on product initiatives and training.
Customer Experience Management:
- Maintain high service quality standards as evidenced by internal evaluations.
- Allocate resources effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints promptly and conduct regular feedback sessions to improve service quality.
Operational Risk Management and Compliance:
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks within the branch.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures addressing any discrepancies.
- Communicate risk management practices effectively to staff.
Branch Operation Management:
- Assign and oversee operational tasks in accordance with established regulations.
- Conduct periodic reviews of branch operations to identify and mitigate risks.
Organizational Culture Management:
- Promote the banks core values and behavior standards within the branch.
- Encourage employee engagement in cultural initiatives and communitybuilding activities.
Local Sales Channel Development:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Build and sustain relationships with potential customers in the area.
Community Relationship Management:
- Represent the bank at local events and maintain relationships with community organizations and government entities.
- Organize community engagement activities in line with the banks initiatives.
Requirements
Domain Expertise:
- A minimum of 8 years in banking or related sectors including at least 4 years in a managerial role focused on Retail Banking Personal Banking customer service
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Banking Finance Economics or a related field.
- Proficiency in English with a TOEIC score of 405 or equivalent.
