Developing supply chain team
Design and implement training programs for supply chain workforce development.

Building policies and trading standards
Collaborate with the Market Research & Development department to update market information (pricing policies product quality tier trends and industry competitors).
Collaborate to build finalize and advise the Board of Directors on trade policies and standards to support business development goals.
Managing procurement and multiregional supply chain management
Ensure the supply of resources materials and products aligns with customer demands and expectations.
Identify and advise leadership on opportunities to improve procurement processes to enhance business competitiveness.
Developing and implementing regional procurement strategies
Analyze purchasing market data and identify suitable suppliers.
Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and longterm partnerships.
Streamline procurement operations across direct and indirect material sourcing and logistics.
Enhancing supply chain operations
Guarantee a steady supply of raw materials for continuous production and business operations while meeting customer demands.
Collaborate with Market Development Customer Relations and Production teams to optimize order fulfillment efficiency including inventory and warehouse management.
Strengthen coordination with suppliers and partners to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
Negotiation & supplier performance management
Regularly assess supplier performance and resolve any procurementrelated challenges.
Develop strategic negotiation plans to secure the best pricing and terms for procurement.
Supplier & partnership development
Work directly with partners at their production locations.
Bachelors Masters or Postgraduate degree in Economics Engineering Business Administration Marketing or International Trade Business.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement and supply chain development.
At least 3 years in a supply chain development role in a similar position within an industrial B2B manufacturing company is a plus.
Deep understanding of raw material procurement domestic and export sales processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of international transportation regulations and customs procedures.
Indepth knowledge of importexport international purchasing and B2B industrial market supplier channels.
