We are looking for a Client Servicing Specialist with 06 months of experience and who is ready to support end clients to resolve complaints received via email and tickets promptly.

What you will do:
Handle and resolve complaints received via email and tickets promptly.
Maintain detailed reports and records of complaints using MS Office including Excel.
Capable of managing tasks effectively while prioritizing workload efficiently.
Requirements
Any Graduate.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and particularly Excel is required.
