About the Role:
As a Senior Client Advisor you will play a leading role in driving PropertyTalents growth into the Saudi Arabian market. You will be the supporting us in establishing our presence building highvalue relationships with top real estate and construction players and contributing to the strategic direction of our operations in KSA. This role provides a unique platform to drive business development build a toptier team and collaborate across our global offices to deliver unparalleled value to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth:- Lead the development and execution of an ambitious market entry strategy tailored to the Saudi Arabian market.
- Build strong strategic relationships with developers investors and other key stakeholders.
- Identify emerging opportunities in the built environment sector and translate them into actionable business plans.
Strategic Collaboration:- Work closely with PropertyTalents global offices to connect resources and expertise creating added value for partners.
- Represent PropertyTalents at premier industry events and forums showcasing our expertise and commitment to innovation.
Team Development:- Recruit develop and lead a highperforming team fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Establish the foundation for sustainable operations and growth in Saudi Arabia.
Partner Engagement:Requirements:- Experience: Proven track record (5 years) in business development client advisory or talent strategy within the real estate or construction sectors.
- Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the KSA and MENA markets with insights into regional business dynamics.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to build manage and inspire teams toward achieving ambitious goals.
- Business Acumen: Strategic mindset with excellent networking and communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Real Estate or related fields.
- Language skills: Fluent English; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
