Job Description

About the role.

The Group Head of Business Development will drive growth by leveraging client relationships to generate referrals and managing the onboarding of new HNI clients and corporate partners. The role involves identifying new markets building a strong prospect pipeline and creating tailored value propositions to enhance the company s competitive edge. Additionally the Group Head will lead negotiations close highvalue deals and develop strategies to maximize revenue across business channels.


Collaborating with the Client Engagement and Marketing teams the role will design digital campaigns and oversee the creation of promotional materials to boost brand visibility. The role also involves organizing events to strengthen client and corporate partner relationships ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional experiences.


This role will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy

  • Identify and evaluate new markets opportunities and trends to inform the business development strategy.

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects maintaining engagement throughout the sales lifecycle.

  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue potential from existing and new business channels.

  • Craft tailored datadriven value propositions that address client needs and enhance competitive positioning.


Client and Partner Engagement

  • Leverage relationships with existing clients to generate highquality HNI referrals and expand the business portfolio.

  • Oversee the onboarding of new corporate partners ensuring they are aligned with company values and strategic goals. Build and nurture longterm partnerships driving mutual growth and value creation.

  • Lead negotiations with HNI clients and corporate partners to close highvalue deals ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.



Digital and Marketing Initiatives

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute impactful digital and media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Oversee the development of promotional materials and strategic messaging tailored to target audiences.


Event and Experience Management

  • Organize highimpact events that strengthen client and partner relationships driving engagement and showcasing the company s offerings.

  • Ensure events align with business goals optimize budgets and deliver exceptional experiences.



Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience in business development sales or client management and a minimum of 5 years in a growth leadership rolewith a proven track record of driving growth and closing highvalue deals.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth managing highvalue partnerships and delivering strategic initiatives.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive results.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.

  • Experience in planning and executing highimpact client and partner events.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the industry market trends and competitive landscape.

  • Leadership experience with a track record of managing and mentoring growth teams.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities work under tight deadlines and deliver results in a fastpaced environment.

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing investment teams and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Possesses strong business and financial acumen.
