Location: Lisbon

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 10:00 PM (Rotative shifts)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content (text images videos) to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations.
- Provide feedback and support to users when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve content quality and moderation processes.
Qualifications:
- Languages Required: German (C2) and English (B2) both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of content.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with rotating shifts.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is a plus.
