Job Description
Location: Lisbon
Languages Required: German (C2) English (B2)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 AM 10:00 PM (Rotative shifts)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate content (text images videos) to ensure adherence to community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate inappropriate content or violations.
- Provide feedback and support to users when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities.
- Collaborate with team members to improve content quality and moderation processes.
Qualifications:
- Languages Required: German (C2) and English (B2) both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of content.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with rotating shifts.
- Previous experience in content moderation customer service or similar roles is a plus.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with a 250 Language Bonus paid in 12 installments.
- 380 Performance Bonus based on performance targets.
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day.
- Relocation Assistance:
- From outside Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 in economy class) after 180 days of employment.
- From within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs (up to 150) after 180 days.
- Temporary Accommodation (Outside Portugal): Hotel room for 28 days depending on the project.
- Temporary Accommodation (Inside Portugal): Hotel room for 15 days depending on the project.
- Transport Allowance: Not provided.
