We are seeking motivated Hebrewspeaking Content Moderators to join our team on a prominent global social media project. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing and managing usergenerated content to ensure it complies with platform policies and community guidelines. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe positive online environment while working in a fastpaced everevolving setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review: Examine a variety of user content (posts images videos) to ensure it meets community standards and platform guidelines.
- Policy Enforcement: Identify and take appropriate action against content that violates policies such as hate speech violence or harassment.
- Safety Promotion: Foster a safe and welcoming online space by addressing content violations and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide Feedback: Offer suggestions for improving moderation tools processes and policies based on your handson experience.
- Cultural Awareness: Leverage your knowledge of the Hebrew language and culture to evaluate content with appropriate context and sensitivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent in Hebrew: Nativelevel proficiency in Hebrew with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in English: A strong working knowledge of English to communicate with your team and management effectively.
- Social Media Enthusiast: Familiar with popular social media platforms and passionate about staying updated with online trends.
- DetailOriented: Able to follow platform guidelines accurately and ensure all content complies with required standards.
- Analytical Thinker: Capable of making quick informed decisions about content compliance with policies.
- Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but full training will be provided.
