Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented Social Media Content Reviewer to join our clients team. In this role you will play a key part in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for users of a leading social media video platform.
Be part of a strong team that reviews and categorizes social media commercial ads and also reviews and moderates business content helping to build a better user experience.
What Youll Do:
- Review and categorize social media content commercial ads based on specific guidelines.
- Ensure that all information uploaded by users follow the guidelines based on clients policies.
- Stay uptodate on evolving policies trends and best practices related to online safety and content moderation.
- Ensure high quality and safe experiences for both people and businesses.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation processes and policies.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about leading social media products and community standards.
What is Required:
- Excellent Norwegianwritten and verbal skills.
- Very good written and verbal skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good understanding of social media
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in our stateoftheart offices
- Ability to use Windows Operating Systems internet applications and MS Office
- Experience in Content Moderation Social Media or Customer Support will be considered as an advantage
