Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and forwardthinking Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique viewpoint a solid grasp of design principles and a commitment to continuous learning and skill development within a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation: Contribute to the development and production of a range of graphic materials encompassing digital media social media graphics website visuals print advertisements and branding collateral.
Concept Development: Work alongside Senior Designers and team members to generate and refine innovative concepts that clearly convey the intended message for each project.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and uphold a high standard of visual quality across all channels.
Project Management: Support the organization and management of various design projects concurrently ensuring adherence to deadlines and prompt responses to feedback.
Research: Remain informed about industry trends design tools and techniques to consistently improve your skills and integrate innovative ideas into your work.
Feedback Incorporation: Welcome constructive criticism from colleagues and supervisors to enhance designs and promote personal development.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign). Experience with motion graphics is advantageous.
A comprehensive portfolio that highlights your design expertise innovative thinking and adaptability. We would be pleased to observe your distinctive style.
Strong proficiency in both written and verbal communication. Clearly and effectively articulating design concepts is essential.
A constructive mindset willingness to acquire new skills and an eagerness to engage in teamwork within a dynamic setting.
