Job Description

TLG Global is a leading developer and manager of highquality assets in hospitality real estate and construction. We specialize in executing largescale complex projects with precision innovation and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of our projects.

Role Overview:

The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning coordination and execution of construction and architecture projects. Working closely with the senior management team this role requires an individual with experience in project management a background in construction or architecture and proficiency in CRM tools. Fluency in English is essential as is the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:
Support the management of multiple construction and architecture projects ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with architects engineers contractors and vendors to achieve project goals.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain project documentation including schedules budgets and reports.
Assist in preparing presentations and progress reports for stakeholders.
CRM and Communication:
Use CRM tools to manage client relationships track project milestones and ensure seamless communication.
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and effective information flow.
Compliance and Quality Control:
Ensure projects comply with industry standards legal requirements and company policies.
Monitor quality across all project stages addressing issues proactively.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies.
Respond promptly to project challenges proposing solutions to maintain progress.
Support in Procurement:
Assist in the selection and procurement of materials and services ensuring alignment with project needs.


Requisitos

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or Project Management. A PMP designation is a huge advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 13 years of experience in project management construction or architecture.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and project management software.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of construction and architectural processes and terminology.
Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost management in projects.
Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problemsolving mindset and attention to detail.

Comfortable managing concurrent projects and competing priorities.
