Job Overview:
Our client is looking for the candidate with 2 5 years of experience in Vendor Relation Management. They should be hard working detailoriented and adept at negotiating Vendor contracts. Ultimately an outstanding vendor manager should be able to multitask effectively as well as demonstrate exceptional analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
They are someone who are currently living in Mumbai and can start immediately or have 30 days notice period.
Job Responsibilities:
Vendor Relations
- Maintain relations with vendors in order to benefit the company in achieving its supply goals.
- Sourcing of Cardiac/Basic Ambulances from vendors PAN INDIA on a contract basis for HN Fleet and for Hospital Tieup at minimum cost per month.
- Sourcing Ambulances from vendors in PAN INDIA for hourly weekly monthly and yearly based on requirements from Events and Corporate clients.
- Arranging Doctors and Paramedics for Events and Corporate clients.
- Responsible for ensuring daily collection of commission is collected from vendors.
- Handling Vendor compliance issues and taking prompt action on the same.
- Responsible for adding new vendors PAN INDIA to the HN vendor list.
- Responsible for coordinating with the legal department to draft vendor agreements.
- Drafting and signing of agreements with vendors while hiring vehicles.
- Maintaining the accounts with vendors.
- Tracking vendor business and ensuring daily commission payment collection.
- Ensuring monthly invoices raised to vendors
GPS Installation
- Responsible for overseeing attachment of HelpNow GPS in PAN INDIA vendor vehicles.
- Responsible for liaising with GPS vendors for any servicerelated issue.
- Responsible for providing vendor details to respective HN executives for GPS attachment.
- Maintaining the tracker of the GPS Installations done.
- Coordinating with vendors for issues related to GPS.
- Liaising between Tech team and GPS vendor for Integration of system.
- Maintaining Data of All Vehicles Fitted with GPS.
Ambulance Essential Items Inventory
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining essential stock required for daily use in ambulances. ( PPE KIT Bedsheet Sanitizers Medicines First Aid Boxes Hang Gloves etc.)
- Keeping track of usage of the items and minimizing wastage.
- Tieup with vendors for materials procurement.
- Responsible for Sourcing material at low cost.
Vehicle Ops
- Acting on driver complaints on vehicle issues and getting it rectified at the earliest from the nearest garage.
- Setting up a weekly process for vehicle condition updates and acting on the same.
- Responsible for maintaining the vehicle at the lowest cost possible.
- Maintaining Documentation of the vehicle.
- Liaising with insurance and workshop managers to get the work done in a costeffective way.
- Local Garage Tieups for quick repair and maintenance work.
- Looking after branding work of vendor vehicles and companyowned vehicles.
Tieups with branding vendors
- Ensuring quality of branding done on Vehicles
- Keeping track of document expiry and renewing the same
