Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Financial Management Services (FMS) department managing daily operations and ensuring
seamless service delivery to clients.
Oversee financial reporting budget management and compliance with accounting standards and client
needs.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Lead a team of finance professionals ensuring their performance aligns with client expectations and
company goals.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on service delivery client satisfaction and
team productivity.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align operational strategies with client financial goals.
Manage client relationships acting as the point of contact for financial and operational inquiries.
Drive initiatives to improve internal processes and service delivery models ensuring the highest standards of
accounting and compliance are met.
Train and mentor staff ensuring continuous improvement in service performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent is highly preferred.
10 years of experience in accounting and financial management with significant exposure to client service
delivery in a large accounting firm.
Proven track record of leading serviceoriented teams focusing on client satisfaction and financial
operations.
Expertise in accounting standards financial compliance and service efficiency.
Strong communication problemsolving and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and operations in a fastpaced environment.
