This is a remote position.
Position Title: Estimator
Work Setup: Work From Home
Schedule: 04:00 PM 01:00 AM PH Time Zone
Salary: Php

The company serves clients across various sectors including construction retail and education delivering tailored screeding solutions that meet specific project requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN ESTIMATOR
This is a demanding role where last minute changes can cause pressure an ability to stay calm and to work through issues as they arise is a must.
Self motivated with a can do approach
Your Responsibilities as an Estimator would be:
Unlocking new business opportunities and driving projects to success.
Reporting and working closely with the directors.
Expertise in estimating and commercial skills enabling us to provide exceptional service and innovative solutions to clients.
Keep an eye on planning authority websites to identify exciting work opportunities.
Actively pursue and obtain tender documents.
Maintain and update our material suppliers database.
Assess tender documents take off quantities and prepare detailed submissions.
Prepare specifications and contractors proposals that stand out.
Submit tenders and follow up with posttender negotiations.
Maintain and build rapport with suppliers to ensure that the company is able to buy at optimum prices.
Ability to value engineer bids to assist clients with their budgets and to put the company at the head of the pack in competitive scenarios.
Be flexible and willing to take on tasks as specified by management.
Qualifications as an Estimator:
Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field preferred. (RICS is a plus but not essential).
12 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Good working knowledge of forms of contract in the Building and Civil Engineering industry.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Must have experience in taking tender submissions from enquiry to final submission.
