Job Description
Job Summary:
As an Estimator you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate and detailed project costings material takeoffs and supplier management while collaborating closely with Project Managers and Directors. You will also actively contribute to building client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
- Produce accurate itemized and detailed quotations for all shopfitting projects including cabinetry for client review.
- Perform material takeoffs for onsite requirements ensuring all aspects are meticulously covered.
- Manage and update estimating software and cost spreadsheets for consistency and accuracy.
- Review and reconcile project costs postcompletion to ensure continuous improvement in estimation accuracy.
- Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to obtain and compare competitive quotes.
- Proactively call and manage subcontractor relationships to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and cash flow management.
- Communicate all supplier invoices and expected expenses with the finance team for efficient cash flow management.
- Provide trade services knowledge when reporting to senior management and directors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with the ability to bring in new clients to support business growth.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- Minimum 3 years experience in shopfitting/commercial construction estimation with a focus on joinery and cabinetry.
- Extensive knowledge of trades services and materials relevant to shopfitting projects.
- Proven ability to interpret architectural plans construction drawings and scope of works accurately.
- Onsite construction experience is highly regarded.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel and estimating software.
- Experience in volume building estimating will be advantageous.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.

- Existing Client network or the ability to bring in new clients is highly regarded.

- Setup and Location: Hybrid/WFH (Ortigas Alabang Pampanga Cebu)
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM6:00 PM (AEDT) 7:00 AM4:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
