Job Description
Requirements
- Successfully completed training ideally in the IT sector Experience in the field of telephony & cloud
- Good knowledge of SIP SBC proxy Linux and databases
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook Excel and Word
- High customer and service orientation
- Knowledge of technical customer service or service desk and ticket systems desirable
- Good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel
- Participation in oncall duty
- Class B driving license
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Administration support and new implementation of our cloud portfolio (Cloud PURE Zoom five9 ThinkOwl) Configurations of Freeswitch FusionPBX databases and more
- Ensuring smooth operation and continuous development of cloud solutions
- Technical support and advice for our customers on the use and integration of cloud services
- Collaboration with internal teams to optimize and implement new functions and features
- Planning implementations to be carried out in the SBC environment is also part of your job.
- Installation configuration administration of virtualized server environments such as VMware Windows and Linux
- You will be responsible for processing technical incidents/changes and projects in the SIP and session border controller environment.
