Location: Island Lagos
Salary: 500000 per month

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional HR Generalist with 58 years of experience in the banking sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an agile smart and wellpresented individual capable of handling all facets of human resources operations. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment processes including job postings interviewing and onboarding new hires within the banking sector.
* Administer employee relations ensuring that all staff concerns and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
* Oversee performance management processes including appraisals feedback and career development programs.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
* Manage employee records and HR documentation ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
* Support compensation and benefits management ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
* Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
* Provide guidance to managers on HRrelated matters including disciplinary actions conflict resolution and employee engagement.
* Ensure the companys HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 58 years of experience as an HR Generalist with significant experience in the banking sector.
* Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment employee relations training and performance management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
* Must be wellorganized detailoriented and capable of multitasking.
* A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
* Must be smart presentable and professional.
* Ready to resume immediately.
