Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing employees grievances and disciplinary procedures
- Exceptional communication listening and counselling skills
- Strong legal backgrounds and expertise in labor laws
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between employers and employees.
- Utilize proactive strategies to uplift individuals spirits and encourage team synergy.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues with tact and empathy.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of labor laws ensuring compliance in all employee related matters
