Job Description
As a Remote Guest Relations & Operations Manager you will be the cornerstone of guest satisfaction and operational excellence. From managing inquiries to streamlining operations your role will ensure seamless experiences for guests and elevate property performance across platforms.

Shift: UK Shift (9:00 AM 5:00 PM UK)
Work Setup: Remote/Work from Home Sri Lanka
Your Daily Tasks
Guest Communication
- Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries complaints and feedback.
- Ensure professional and timely responses across all communication channels.
- Resolve escalated issues and collaborate with local contractors when needed.
Operations Management
- Utilize Guesty to automate communications and manage bookings.
- Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance teams to guarantee guestready properties.
- Monitor and update property listings for accuracy.
- Implement operational improvements and address recurring issues proactively.
Payment and Chargeback Management
- Manage Stripe for guest payments and address chargebacks effectively.
- Implement fraud prevention tools and draft dispute responses.
Project and Task Management
- Use Basecamp for task tracking and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train team members on tools like Guesty Stripe and Basecamp.
Reporting and Analytics
- Generate performance reports and recommend actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with team members and local providers to optimize operations.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Experience:
- 23 years in hospitality operations or guest relations.
- Proven expertise with Guesty Property Management System (required).
- Experience with Stripe payment systems and chargeback resolution.
Skills:
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools like G Suite and Basecamp.
- Familiarity with fraud prevention tools or techniques.
Work Hours:
- Flexibility to work UK business hours and handle urgent escalations including weekends when necessary.
