Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our sales team with standardized processes. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of sales operations maintaining data accuracy and driving efficiencies in sales processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to streamline operations leverage AIdriven insights and provide actionable recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Execute standard sales operations tasks ensuring consistency and efficiency in workflows.
Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to ensure accurate and current customer and sales data.
Generate and analyze sales reports dashboards and key performance metrics to provide insights into business performance.
Utilize AIpowered tools for data analysis forecasting and process automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in tracking and reconciling sales quotas incentives and commission calculations.
Assist the deal desk team in reviewing pricing discount structures and contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and optimize deal profitability.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in sales operations workflows.
Maintain clear documentation for sales processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure process continuity and training support.
Work closely with sales finance and marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
