Qualifications:
- Minimum 23 years of experience in mall operations retail
or a customerfacing role. - Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams
efficiently. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to work shifts weekends and holidays as per
mall operations. - Should be below 35 years age.
Responsibilites:
- Conduct routine rounds of assigned zones to ensure cleanliness functionality and operational readiness.
- Supervise housekeeping security and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor common areas restrooms escalators elevators and parking spaces for quality standards.
- Perform daily operational audits for assigned zones and document findings.
- Ensure compliance with safety hygiene and mall guidelines across all zones.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues with relevant
teams for prompt resolution. - Maintain customer service register.
- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries.
complaints and lostandfound cases. - Provide assistance to retailers for operational issues or
escalate them to management as needed. - Share information on mall services promotions and
events with visitors. - Collaborate with security housekeeping and technical
teams to maintain the malls environment. - Coordinate with marketing teams for event setups and
promotions ensuring readiness of spaces. - Assist in emergency situations by following mall safety
protocols and ensuring visitor safety.
